Welcome to our charming semi-detached duplex designed for 6 guests, fully renovated to offer you an oasis of peace and comfort. It features two beautiful, bright bedrooms, one of which has a lovely balcony offering breathtaking views.

With its authentic and cozy atmosphere, it’s the perfect place for those seeking tranquility, harmony, and a special connection with the sea.

The house sits on a 115 m² plot and is spread over two floors of 40 m² each, designed to make the most of every space: On the ground floor, there is a living-dining area next to the kitchen.

From here, you have direct access to the private pool (heated in winter)—perfect for relaxing and soaking in the peaceful surroundings. Smart TV, international channels, and high-speed Wi-Fi are included. On the first floor, you’ll find the two bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom with a shower.

One of the bedrooms has direct sea views and access to a private balcony, a privileged spot to enjoy the sunset.

Additionally, the house features a rooftop terrace with spectacular ocean views, ideal for unwinding in an intimate, relaxed setting.

Accommodating up to 6 guests thanks to a comfortable sofa bed, every corner has been decorated in a zen, elegant, and harmonious style, designed to make your stay a serene and well-being-focused experience.

Important Information: A security deposit of €500 is required upon arrival, payable in cash or by card. It will be returned on the day of departure after the inspection of the premises.

Please note that parties are strictly prohibited in the villa.

We kindly ask you to respect the neighborhood by keeping noise to a minimum after 10:30 PM.

The house is only accessible to guests registered in the reservation.

The maximum number of guests is 6 people.

This villa is primarily intended for families with children or couples.

Important: Additional fee for late check-in: After 10:00 PM, check-in incurs an additional cost of €30 in cash, to be paid on the day of arrival.

Lost keys: In case of key loss during your stay, a fee of €50 will be charged for replacement.
