Taxis and buses are located right in front of the building, and you will find a supermarket, themed restaurants, and all amenities nearby.

You can reach La Pepa in 5 minutes. This food market offers a wide variety of food and drinks. You can enjoy the pleasant atmosphere of the outdoor terrace while the children play in the playground.

Just a 15-minute walk from the sea and sandy beaches: Playa del Callao, Playa de los Cristianos, and Playa de las Vistas. There is also the rocky beach of Playa de los Tarajales.

It is only a 5-minute drive from Las Américas, 10 minutes from Costa Adeje, where you can enjoy the atmosphere of Siam Park and Aqualand, 3.2 km from Golf de Las Américas, and just 20 minutes from Reina Sofía Airport.
